Your Ayurvedic Constitution and What to Eat
AYURVEDA is perhaps the oldest system of natural healing in the world, predating even
the Chinese system. The name Ayurveda is from Sanskrit (veda = knowledge; ayu = life) and is often translated as the knowledge of life. This introductory seminar will help you
to evaluate your Ayurvedic constitution, as well explain what is a proper daily routine
for your body type, as well as how to eat and be happy.
This 2-hour seminar will include vegetarian Ayurvedic snacks.
The speaker wil be Prahladananda Swami, a Vedic monk and Guru (Spiritual Master) and has been practicing Bhakti Yoga - Vedic Science of Self-realization for over 40 years.
