UNLV Hotel College Dinner to Honor Alumnus Guy Fieri & Hospitality Leaders
The William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration at UNLV will honor some of hospitality industry’s most notable leaders at the seventh annual Vallen Dinner of Distinction. The event features silent and live auctions to benefit the hotel college’s alumni relations program and the Stuart H. Mann Endowment Fund, which supports professional development opportunities for Hotel College faculty, staff and students.
The following individuals and companies will receive awards:
Alumnus of the Year
Guy Fieri, ’90, host of Food Network shows including “Diners, Drive Ins and Dives” and “Guy’s Big Bite,” and NBC’s “Minute to Win It”
Gaming Management Association Award
Frank J. Fahrenkopf, Jr., President & CEO of the American Gaming Association
Caesars Entertainment Excellence in Innovation Award
Industry Executives of the Year
Christopher W. Silva, President and CEO of St. Francis Winery
Thomas A. Jingoli, ’96, CEO & Chief Compliance Officer of Konami Gaming, Inc.
Chris Meyer, ’84, Vice President for Convention Sales at the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority
