Project Dinner Table Features Bellagio Executive Chefs
Project Dinner Table returns this fall with a county fair-themed event created by Executive Chef Edmund Wong of Bellagio Resort & Casino and Executive Chef Royden Ellamar of Sensi at Bellagio. The first in Project Dinner Table’s series of fall dinners will pay homage to the end of summer with a six-course meal and cocktail pairing beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8.
Chef Wong and Chef Ellamar will combine their culinary expertise to create a menu that puts an upscale spin on everyone’s favorite fair foods. Dishes such as Corn Pups, creamed corn fritters with homemade mustard and Sensi ketchup, Raw and Grilled Farmer’s Salad with Gilcrease Cider Dressing, succulent Beer Can Chickens and delightfully gooey Caramel Apples are just some of the dishes designed to put diners in the fall spirit.
