Commitment Day Festival

Life Time Athletic Las Vegas invites members of the community to mark their commitments to a healthy new year during the 5th annual Commitment Day Festival. Commitment Weekend kicks off on Friday, Dec. 30 and continues through Monday, Jan. 2, when Life Time will open its doors to everyone – whether a member or not. During each of the four days, both of Life Time’s Las Vegas destinations will feature a variety of health and fitness experiences and activities for all ages.

Commitment Day will kick off on New Year’s Day with a 5K Fun Run and Walk, hosted at Life Time Athletic Green Valley, located at 121 Carnegie St. in Henderson. The stroller-and pet-friendly run is open to all ages. Life Time Athletic Green Valley will host a post-race party immediately following the event for all participants, featuring a brunch buffet, mimosas and Bloody Marys, music, activities and more on the spacious pool deck. Registration is priced at $30 for adults ages 13 and over and is complimentary for children ages 13 and under, accompanied by an adult. Registration is available now at www.commitmentday.com.

The motivation continues after Commitment Weekend on Sunday, Jan. 8, when Life Time Athletic Green Valley is set to host the renowned Life Time Indoor Triathlon, powered by IRONMAN. Athletes can realize their goals of becoming a triathlete in only an hour with the exclusive event, featuring a 10-minute indoor pool swim, a 30-minute bike ride in a cycle studio, and a 20-minute run on a treadmill.
