American Nevada will match 10 percent of all gross proceeds from the auction, which last year raised more than $100,000.
Titled "Clowning Around for Kids," this year's fund-raiser will open with a silent auction and dinner at 5:30 p.m., followed by a live auction at 8.
Silent-auction items will range from electronic equipment to shows and dinners to sports and film memorabilia. The live auction will feature items such as vacation getaways with included airfare, golf with sports celebrities, poker and video machines, limited, autographed collectors' items and 500 gallons of gas.
Kirk Brynjulson, vice president of development for American Nevada Corp., serves as a board member for Henderson Boys & Girls Club and is honorary chairman of "Clowning Around for Kids."
Corporate tables for eight guests are available for $600 including special seating and event recognition, bidder cards, dinner, drinks, auction memorabilia and one ticket for a chance to win an Alaskan fishing expedition for two. General admission to the auction is $25, which includes dinner and a bidder card.
