He is survived by his wife, Marian; two sisters, Annabelle Howell of Albuquerque, N.M., and Christine Ady of Nampa, Idaho; and two brothers, Van Howell of Lakeland, Fla., and A.H. Howell of Clinton, Okla.
Visitation is scheduled from noon until 2 p.m. services Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.
