Make Rostenkowski pay difference for the notch babies

I am one day short of having been married long enough to my ex-husband to claim his Social Security benefit. In 1951, they did not have that law that you had to be married 10 years, which I was. I know of a lady whose husband died about three years after they were married, and she gets his Social Security.

That Rostenkowski should be made to pay all of the notch babies out of his pension of $96,462. The government is waiting for all of us to die so that they won't have to pay for that Rostenkowski's mistake.
