Donald Snyder, president of the Fremont Street Experience, is joining Boyd Gaming Corp. as executive vice president, chief administrative officer and a director.
Boyd Chairman William Boyd said Snyder, formerly chairman and chief executive of First Interstate Bank, will take his new positions July 1.
"We have had an ongoing relationship with Don Snyder that spans two decades -- first as one of our bankers and most recently as a leader in an effort to revitalize downtown Las Vegas," Boyd said. "In each capacity, he has a proven record of success."
Snyder said, "I'm especially excited about joining Boyd's incredibly strong management team."
