He is survived by his wife, Jessie; two daughters, Shellie Magda of Las Vegas, and Dene Varon of Princeton, N.J.; one sister, Rose Shapiro of Los Angeles; and two grandchildren.
Services were 3 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.
