Pending confirmation from an autopsy, it's believed that Patsy Legge, 46, died of natural causes, Police Chief Don Wright told The Humboldt Sun.
Legge's husband reported her missing Nov. 15, two days after he last saw her before he left for work. Her car was found abandoned at the Humboldt County Fairgrounds, where her body was found last weekend.
Legge was an epileptic who took medication to control her seizures. Toxicology tests will determine whether her death might have resulted from her medical condition or from some other factor.
