The company said the damage was caused by plumbing and other maintenance and weather-related problems. The club is in the Harold's Club building, which has been vacant for some time, the company said.
Open since 1993, the club has a long record of profitable operations, said the company.
"We are considering all of our options, which include re-opening at the site, if utilities are restored to the premises, or at another location in Reno," said Michael Hoffer, president and chief operating officer of Dick Clark Restaurants.
Dick Clark Restaurants is a subsidiary of Dick Clark Productions, headquartered in Burbank, Calif.
