Benjamin F. Bell

Benjamin F. Bell, 71, of Las Vegas died Saturday. A social worker, he was born Aug. 28, 1910, in Texas.

He is survived by his wife, Catherine; and one son, Clarence Jackson.

Mikhail William Blackburn

Mikhail William Blackburn, 30, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born May 16, 1972, in Los Angeles. A resident for six years, he was a hotel bartender who worked at the Suncoast for six years.

He is survived by his wife, Leisa M.; one son, Hunter M. Blackburn, and two daughters, Mikaila H. Blackburn and Chloe R. Blackburn, all of Las Vegas; and his mother, Vicki Lynn Blackburn of Whittier, Calif.

Visitation is scheduled noon until 2 p.m. services Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.

Charles E. Bradshaw

Charles E. Bradshaw, 65, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 9, 1936, in Eugene, Ore. A resident for 23 years, he was a retired textile salesman and a Korean War Air Force veteran.

He is survived by two daughters, Sheryl Dixon and Jennifer Burris, and one son, Michael Bradshaw, all of Las Vegas; one sister, Verla Brown of Lancaster, Calif.; three brothers, Donald Bradshaw of Portland, Ore., Richard Bradshaw of California and Bobby Bradshaw of Iowa; and three grandchildren.

Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Robert Burdet Budd

Robert Burdet Budd, 81, of Boulder City died Tuesday in Henderson. He was born Nov. 30, 1920, in Logansport, Ind. A resident for 21 years, he was a service technician and an Army veteran.

He is survived by two daughters, Sharon Marie Villemez of Connecticut and Sandra Sue Hall of Indiana; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Services were scheduled at 10 a.m. today at the LDS chapel, 1550 Buchanan Blvd., Boulder City. Boulder City Family Mortuary, 833 Nevada Way, Suite 1, Boulder City, is handling arrangements.

Mary L. Bynum

Mary L. Bynum, 70, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 20, 1931, in Chicago.

She is survived by two sons, Butch Martin of Las Vegas and Bobby Martin of Cumby, Texas; two daughters, Sally Gronniger of Baldwin City, Kan., and Christine Elder of Greenville, Texas; one stepson, Roger Bynum of Kemp, Texas; one stepdaughter, Janice Tune of Dallas; one sister, Betty Abbott of Wichita, Kan.; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

No local services are scheduled. Wood Funeral Home, Bogata, Texas, is handling arrangements.

Michael Clarkson

Michael Clarkson, 43, of North Las Vegas died Aug. 30 in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 12, 1958, in France. A resident for 35 years, he was a clerk at a surplus store.

He is survived by three sisters, Judith Clarkson of North Las Vegas, Carol Waggoner of Oregon and Linda Stang of Wyoming; and one brother, Robert Clarkson of Las Vegas.

Pedro Lapitan Dacayanan

Pedro Lapitan Dacayanan, 67, of Las Vegas, died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 12, 1935, in Paia, Maui, Hawaii. He was a resident for one year.

He is survived by his wife, Anita; three sons, Nover Dacayanan and Meller Dacayanan, both of Las Vegas, and Frank Dacayanan of Henderson; one daughter, Helen Felix of Hayward, Calif.; one sister, Leonida Corpuz of Honolulu; and 12 grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 6 p.m.-8 p.m. Thursday and Friday in the LDS Relief Society Room. Additional visitation will be two hours before 11 a.m. services Saturday at the chapel. Burial will be in Paradise Memorial Gardens.

Greg Dumolin

Greg Dumolin, 53, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Feb. 12, 1949, in Chicago. A resident for four years, he was a retired postal clerk and a Vietnam War Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Laura; his mother, Maggie Tarara of Chicago; and one sister, Denise Cozzini of Lincolnwood, Ill.

A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

LaVonna J. Earl

LaVonna J. Earl, 75, of Henderson died Friday in Henderson. She was born July 30, 1927, in Montevideo, Minn. A resident for 16 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Stewart; two daughters, Susan Eisenhauer of Syracuse, Neb., and Mary Landry of Harvey, La.; six sons, Jimmy R. Cole of Cypress, Calif., Keith A. Cole of Henderson, Michael A. Cole of Omaha, Neb., Michael W. Earl of Silver Spring, Md., Robert A. Earl of Lincoln, Neb., and John P. Earl of Minneapolis; her mother, Berneice H. Brun of Henderson; and 18 grandchildren.

A memorial service was scheduled at 3 p.m. today in Henderson First United Methodist Church. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Thomas L. Gregory

Thomas L. Gregory, 74, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local care center. He was born April 2, 1928, in Madison, Ill. A resident for six years, he was a retired presser at a dry cleaning establishment and a World War II Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Teretha; two daughters, Valerie Gregory of Chicago and Barbara Ann Gregory of Gary, Ind.; four sons, Johnny McCloud of Covina, Calif., Tommy and Anthony Gregory, both of Chicago, and Michael Gregory of Atlanta; two stepsons, Freddy Williams and Victor Williams, both of Las Vegas; one brother, Wilbur Gregory of Costa Mesa, Calif.; two sisters, Golda Marcus and Vernetta Mason, both of Atlanta; 17 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Palm Chapel, Jones. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest, 5701 N. Jones Blvd.

Terry Louis Haller Jr.

Terry Louis Haller Jr., 54, of Las Vegas died Aug. 6 in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 3, 1947, in Brownsville, Pa. A resident for 15 years, he was an air traffic controller and a Vietnam War Air Force veteran who served for 24 years.

He is survived by one daughter, Meera Haller of Las Vegas; his mother, Genevieve Haller of Calvert City, Ky.; and one sister, Cindy Holt of Smithsonian, Ky.

Sidney Byron Hudson

Sidney Byron Hudson, 66, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 3, 1936, in Verbena, Ala. A resident for 31 years, he was a retired Air Force colonel and fighter pilot and a Vietnam War veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Therese A.; one daughter, Cecily Murray of Palo Alto, Calif.; two brothers, Samuel R. Hudson of Verbena and David E. Hudson of Atlanta; and one grandchild.

Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.

Heather Anne Ingram

Heather Anne Ingram, 27, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, she was born July 24, 1975, in Las Vegas.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Georganne and Howard Greene of Las Vegas; and two stepsisters, Jennifer Moss of Chico, Calif., and Lyndsey Greene of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to a 2 p.m. service Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.

Sage Wolfgang Jorgensen

Sage Wolfgang Jorgensen, 10, of North Las Vegas died Sunday. He was born Nov. 22, 1991, in Phoenix. A resident for six months, he was a student.

He is survived by his parents, John and Stephanie Jorgensen, and two brothers, Erik Jorgensen and Anders Jorgensen, all of North Las Vegas; and his grandparents, Bruce and Sheila Jorgensen of Tucson and Ron and Barbara Chatham of North Las Vegas.

A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Thursday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd.

Eunice Lee

Eunice Lee, 86, of Henderson died Saturday in Henderson. A teacher, she was born Oct. 25, 1915, in Sparta, Wis.

She is survived by one son, Carleton Lee of Naperville, Ill.; and two grandchildren.

Emilio Menendez

Emilio Menendez, 66, of Laughlin, died Saturday in Laughlin. He was born Aug. 31, 1936, in Havana. A resident for one year, he was a truck driver and an Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Mercedes; five sons, Peter Munoz of Laughlin, Jeffrey Munoz of Parker, Ariz., Christopher Munoz of Las Vegas and Emilio Menendez and Mark Menendez, both of California; two daughters, Rosemary Martinez and Josie Castro, both of California; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Daniel Miller

Daniel Miller, 58, of Las Vegas, died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born July 16, 1944, in Madison, Wis. He was a driving instructor, a member of the Elks and a veteran.

He is survived by two sisters, Nancy Cornwall of Cottage Grove, Wis., and Joyce Kensinger of Borrego Springs, Calif.; and three brothers, David McCann and Richard McCann, both of McFarland, Wis., and Dick McCann of Madison.

Services were scheduled Tuesday in Hites Funeral Home, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, with burial at Highland Memorial Gardens.

Patricia Gail Montoya

Patricia Gail Montoya, 55, of Mission Viejo, Calif., died Saturday in a California hospital. She was born July 27, 1947, in Washington state. A former Las Vegas resident of 28 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Gilbert; two daughters, Jana McLaughlin and Nicole Medas, three sons, David Heinrich, Darrell Heinrich and Mark Montoya, her mother, Mary Louise Putnam, and one sister, Kathleen Raja, all of Las Vegas; and nine grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 3 p.m. until a 5 p.m. service Thursday in Christ the King Catholic Church, 4925 S. Torrey Pines Drive. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Christ the King Church. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.

Robert William O'Dell, 54, of Henderson died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born June 25, 1948, in Milwaukee. A resident for 41 years, he was a carpenter.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra; five sons, Thomas of Michigan, Christopher, Robert and Craig Kirpatrick, all of Henderson, and Shawn Kirpatrick of the Bahamas; two daughters, Stacy Godfrey of Henderson and Sandra Cadena of Las Vegas; his mother, Janice O'Dell, and two sisters, Linda Lamb and Lila Bragg, all of Henderson; one brother, Richard of Las Vegas; and 15 grandchildren.

Oscar Gene Owens

Oscar Gene Owens, 41, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 11, 1960, in Fort Worth, Texas. A resident for 37 years, he was a hotel cook and a Navy veteran.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Marie and Lloyd Waller Jr. of North Las Vegas; five brothers, Tanny Owens, Danny Owens and Bobby Owens, all of Las Vegas, Lloyd Waller of California and Johnny Matthews of Florida; three sisters, Regina Owens and Gayle Waller, both of California, and Maria De. Owens of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled 4-8 p.m. Thursday in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in American Burial and Cremation Services. Graveside services will follow at noon Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

David Jay Parrish

David Jay Parrish, 43, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 18, 1958, in Florida. A resident for seven years, he was a hotel food server.

He is survived by his wife, Erin; two daughters, DeLaney Parrish and Erica Parrish, and two sons, Brandon Parrish and Louie Principe, all of Las Vegas; four brothers, Jay Parrish, Henry Parrish, Leo Parrish and Bobby Parrish, and one sister, Nita Parrish, all of Florida.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Friday in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane. A private burial will follow.

John H. Rasmussen

John H. Rasmussen, 80, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local care center. He was born Jan. 10, 1922, in Vernal, Utah. A resident for 25 years, he was a retired Marine Corps captain and World War II and Korean War veteran.

He is survived by one stepson, Merton Canady of Torrance, Calif.; and two grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Monday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Graveside services will follow at 1:20 p.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Margaret Regan

Margaret Regan, 90, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born March 8, 1912, in Wisconsin. A resident for three months, she was a manufacturing inspector.

She is survived by one son, Roger Kopp; two daughters, Marlene Stegner and Vicki Rohde; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Ida E. Smith

Ida E. Smith, 64, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospice. She was born April 22, 1938, in New York. A resident for three years, she was a casino cashier.

She is survived by her mother, Eleanor Walker; and one brother, Harold Nepton.

Donald V. Thompson

Donald V. Thompson, 79, of Las Vegas died Aug. 30 in a local health care center. He was born Nov. 9, 1922, in Duncan, Okla. A resident for many years, he was a retired musician.

James Clark White

James Clark White, 68, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 17, 1934, in Kentucky. A resident for 3 1/2 years, he was retired and was a Navy veteran who served for nine years.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Judy Lynn White.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Helen; two daughters, Patricia K. Fry of California and Donna Sue Longevay of North Las Vegas; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Betty Jane Wollert, 74, of North Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born July 29, 1928, in Milwaukee. A resident for six years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Delbert; one son, Gary Wollert, one daughter, Karen Wollert, and one sister, Nancy Vogelman, all of Kenosha, Wis.; and one grandchild.
