Young, old, single, married or in a relationship, Las Vegans are welcome to celebrate cupid’s holiday at St. Sharbel Mission.
The Maronite Catholic church at 10325 Rancho Destino Road in Silverado will host the Red Party Feb. 14 in celebration of Valentine’s Day.
The event is open to the public ages 12 and older.
Ticket prices are $30 per person for ages 12 to 21 and $60 for ages 22 and older.
Included in the ticket price are a buffet dinner and refreshments.
Event planner and hall administrator Raymonda Dagher said proceeds from the event will go toward renovating the church hall’s kitchen area.
During the event a DJ will play English, Spanish, Lebanese, Iraqi and Armenian music, Dagher said.
Additionally, raffle prizes, including a spa package, a two-night stay at the Paris Hotel Casino, restaurant gift cards and a diamond necklace, will be given out during the evening.
Dagher said that while parents are encouraged to find their own child care service for the evening, there will be two baby sitters on site who will provide child care for a limited number of attendees.
