The Barcelona casino was bought out by a man named Stephen Siegel. He changed the name to Siegel Slots.
I was promised a job as a cocktail waitress on swing shift by the General Manager Joe Bahel (Joseph Bahel) of Siegel Slots. Joe Bahel works for United Coin and is also the GM of Siegel Slots. Joe Bahel gave me his business card after the interview and PROMISED me a job and then PROMISED me that he would call me the next day to let me know where to get processed and fill out the paperwork.
I never received the call so I called him three days later. I left a message on his voice mail. Joe Bahel returned the call and started yelling at me on the phone. He yelled at me in an irritated hostile voice and yelled that he hired somebody else for the job, then he hung up on me.
I was crying after he hung up on me because I needed that job. I have been on unemployment for 1 and half years and it is about to run out anytime. I have little money to pay my bills. I have no heat in my house and I get my food from the food pantry.
In addition, I have years of experience working as a cocktail waitress in Las Vegas 5 star casino's such as the Hilton and other casino's. I was fully qualified for the job. All Joe Bahel did during the interview was complain about how his wife divorced him and that he use to have a good job with Poker Palace and his ex-wife's family owns Poker Palace and now that she divorced him, he has to work for Siegel Slots. He gave me two business cards and told me that his cell private cell phone number is on the card. He PROMISED me a job.
If Joe Bahel did not want to hire me, then he should not had built up my hopes by pretending that he was going to hire me. Joe Bahel lied to me. He yelled at me and mentally and verbally abused me. I even asked him if he had any jobs for dishwashers or busgirls as I NEED a job and I was hungy and I had to pay my bills. Joe Bahel just yelled louder and said "NOOOOO!"
Stephen Siegel brags about being a philanthropist and helping homeless men by giving them jobs. However, he also makes sure that hungry unemployed young woman stay unemployed. Stephen Siegel and his General Manager of Siegel Slots Joe Bahel mentally and verbally abuse woman. Stephen Siegel and his General manager are horrible men.
