CityCenter is new. Again.

Did you know? Even though it's only been open about 15 weeks, and you probably haven't completed the restaurant rounds yet, a bunch of new deliciousness has exploded at Crystals, the ultra-expensive, half-full shopping mall right on the Strip.

You may already know about Beso, the collaboration between Eva Longoria Parker and celebrity chef Todd English. It's kinda Latin, a little bit steakhouse, and was the only Crystals eatery doing business in December. Recently opened next door is Todd English P.U.B., a casual, East Coast-style bar with booze-friendly fun food: a roasted meat carvery, a raw seafood bar and an array of sliders. It also represents the rare midlevel price point in CityCenter.

Just around the corner is Wolfgang Puck's newest Vegas offering and first French concept in almost three decades. Brasserie Puck offers a sampling of classic bistro fare and some crazy stuff, like spaghetti with braised veal cheeks, and Alsatian pizza. Right down the escalator you can grab a cup and a snack at Puck's Pods, odd considering there's another new, quick-and-easy coffee stop—The Cup—a few feet away.

Back on the mezzanine level, Pure Management Group says it will reopen Social House, that hipster sushi haunt formerly in Treasure Island, in three months. Until then, satisfy your CityCenter seafood needs at Mastro's Ocean Club, a fancy joint that extends its dining room into that nifty treehouse in the middle of the mall. Every kind of fish you can imagine is on this a la carte menu, along with beef, salads and steakhouse-style sides. This Scottsdale/Beverly Hills swankery will be perfect for Crystals shoppers — as soon as they show up.
