Metro Police released video surveillance images today of a man who robbed a bank Friday in the northwest valley.
Police said the robbery occurred at 1:30 p.m. when the suspect entered the bank in the 6000 block of West Craig Road and handed the teller a note demanding money.
The man told the teller he had a gun, although it wasn't visible during the crime, police said. The man fled after receiving an undisclosed amount of money.
Authorities described him as black, 20 to 30 years old and 5-feet-10-inches to 6-feet tall. He weighed 180 to 200 pounds and was last seen wearing a red- and gray-striped polo shirt, blue jeans, a black baseball cap and a black backpack.
