A man was shot to death Sunday evening at 1416 F Street near Jackson Avenue.
Metro Police responded to the scene at 4:44 p.m. Upon arriving, police found the man lying outside a fenced area surrounding the apartment complex.
The man was pronounced dead by medical personnel.
The suspect, who fled the scene, is described as a 5-foot-9 black man who is about 25 years old. He was last seen wearing a red T-shirt and blue suede shoes.
