Simon at Palms Place celebrates with a brunch menu for dads and families from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at $49 for adults and $29 for children. Menu highlights include bacon-wrapped pork loin, prime rib, scalloped potatoes, strawberry tuxedo muffins, Guinness stout gingerbread muffins and bacon waffles with bourbon maple syrup. Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar celebrates with early hours and a brunch prix fixe menu from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Brunch is $32.95 per adult and $15.95 for children and includes a complimentary $25 dining card for dads to use at a later date. Menu highlights include mushroom, cheddar and filet mignon frittata, berry-stuffed French toast, smoked salmon, filet Benedict, New York cheesecake and walnut turtle pie. Dads also can enjoy a specialty cocktail for the occasion, the Fleming’s Button-Down -- Jack Daniels whiskey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, maple syrup and a dash of bitters. Joe’s Stone Crab offers not one but two three-course menus. With lunch ($29.95) and dinner ($36.95) options, you’ll have the choice of Joe’s famous stone crabs or savory filet mignon. Both meal options also include soup, signature sides and a slice of Joe’s homemade pie. Guests who order the three-course menu can include a zesty Bloody Mary for $1. Treat Dad to a French brunch at Mon Ami Gabi, where he can select offerings like corned beef hash and poached eggs or eggs Benedict. Brunch is 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The regular lunch menu also is available. Call 702-944-4224 for reservations.

If your dad likes Mexican, there’s El Segundo Sol on The Strip. The menu includes queso fundido, beef short rib tacos, plus an array of margaritas. Call 702-258-1211 for reservations.

At American Fish by Michael Mina at Aria, Dad’s Surf & Turf is a wood-grilled 18 oz. bone-in rib eye and Maine lobster tail with bacon wrapped potatoes, creamed corn and red wine reduction for $79.

Le Cirque at Bellagio is serving a tasting menu that includes Maine lobster, foie gras and sea urchin risotto. The meal is $125 per person. Add $65 for a sommelier wine pairing or $95 for a premium wine paring. The menu is available until 10 p.m. Call 702-693-8100 for reservations.

Pyramid Cafe at Luxor is featuring two filet breakfast dishes during the weekend. Filet Benedict is a spin on the traditional dish with poached eggs and thinly sliced filet on an English muffin topped with Hollandaise and steak sauce for $11.99. Filet Oscar adds shellfish with grilled filet over asparagus topped with a crab cake served with bearnaise sauce and steak fries for $17.99.

Charlie Palmer’s Aureole at Mandalay Bay is offering a tasting menu all weekend featuring four courses of French cuisine, including Baja ahi tuna trio, Sonoma rabbit, surf and turf with beef tenderloin and Maine lobster. Desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Megan Romano include honeycomb creme caramel with summer berry tart and pistachio ice cream. Cabo Wabo Cantina offers a free Waborita margarita to all dads who dine at the restaurant. Enjoy a Mexican brunch on the patio featuring breakfast burritos and huevos rancheros. Stick around or bring Dad back later for the Battle of the Bands hosted by X 107.5.

There is a spicy Sunday brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Tacos and Tequila, featuring two-for-one margaritas and Bloody Marias and beer buckets with six 7-oz. Sol bottles for $18. Specialties include albondigas soup with homemade Mexican meatballs and huevos rancheros. T&T’s house mariachi band, The Kings of Cuervo, perform during brunch.

Executive Chef Matt Piekarski from Eva Longoria’s Beso Steakhouse offers special dishes like prime rib popovers with horseradish cream and funnel cake sundaes in addition to the restaurant’s regular dinner menu.

Society Cafe at Encore offers a family-style brunch menu featuring sticky buns, seasonal fruit, shrimp cocktail, Philly cheesesteak pot stickers, Society eggs Benedict, steak frites, Jidori chicken breast and eclairs, warm doughnut bites and chocolate-dipped frozen bananas for dessert. CSI: The Experience at MGM Grand invites families to bring in dads to play the interactive role of crime scene investigator for free. The complimentary tickets are available at the MGM Grand box office next to CSI: The Experience with the purchase of a full-price admission ticket when guests mention “Father’s Day Special.”

Disney’s The Lion King at Mandalay Bay is extending its locals ticket offer for children through the end of the month, offering each adult purchasing one full-price ticket the opportunity to purchase two child tickets for only $15 per ticket for any weekend matinee through June 26. The Great Vegas Beer Festival, by local duo Motley Brews, is coming to Tivoli Village on Saturday. It features 25 breweries with nearly 100 beers. Local food trucks like Island Breeze and Hot Diggity Dog will be on hand, while Kava Kreation performs island-inspired music. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Boys & Girls Club. Presale tickets available online are $27, and tickets are $37 at the gate.

Qua Baths & Spa at Caesars Palace offers The Emperor Treatment, a body scrub, massage and facial designed to treat Dad like a king. The 75-minute treatment includes a scrub using espresso and lemon oil, followed by a Shea butter and jasmine massage and body wrap. Next comes a full facial cleansing, exfoliation, massage and mask application. The treatment concludes with a scalp massage and hydrating moisturizer application. The Emperor Treatment is $210. All visitors to Rockhouse can enjoy a free shot on Father’s Day, as well as $5 cocktails and two-for-one beers. Dads can rock out with the signature 80-oz. guitar drink for $35.

The Las Vegas Locomotives are celebrating Father’s Day by rewarding one lucky dad with an all-access VIP experience to the team’s opening home game Aug. 27. Interested dads should upload their favorite family photo to the Locos Facebook Page page before Father’s Day. The winning dad also receives a football signed by Coach Jim Fassel and the 2011 Las Vegas Locomotives. The winner, chosen at random, will be announced on Father’s Day.

Hash House A Go Go In addition to the items on the regular menu, Father’s Day specials will be served Sunday and include Papi Chulo Hash and Felix’s Front of the TV Meal, which includes prime rib, mashed potatoes and corn.

Ravella at Lake Las Vegas has several events over the course of the weekend. On Friday, there’s a poolside movie at 8 p.m. featuring Father of the Bride. Saturday features giveaways by the pool, including spa treatments and overnight stays at the resort. Sunday includes music from a DJ by the pool and golf package giveaways. If you want to send dad to Ravella for the weekend, the Golf Escape Package is $199 per night and includes an unlimited day of golf and transportation to and from the course. Rhumbar, the Mirage’s cocktail and cigar lounge, salutes dads with two of their favorite things, cocktails and cigars, for $20. The house selection, blended by cigar maker Litto Gomez of La Flor Dominicana, features a smooth, creamy taste with hints of leather and spice. Dads can enjoy this with a cocktail such as the Latin Manhattan or the minty mojito.

Sweet treats are available for dad at the various Sugar Factory locations. Father’s Day specials include The Candy-Man Can, $35.99, filled with Sugar Factory’s signature espresso, toffee crunch and peanut butter-caramel chocolate bars, chocolate malt balls and a Sugar Factory double shot glass. The Father’s Day Gourmet Basket, $64.99, includes white chocolate-dipped Oreos, chocolate cigars, peanut butter M&Ms, assorted gourmet chocolate bars, vanilla clodhoppers, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and a signature Sugar Factory mascot rubber ducky. PBR Rock Bar & Grill offers free bull rides for all fathers and grandfathers on Sunday. Children eat for free with the purchase of an adult entree.
