WASHINGTON - There's no one to stump for this time, but President Obama is making a return visit to Nevada next month on a brief tour that also will include a stop in California.
Obama will be visiting Reno for an unspecified event in April, but one that will be in line with what has been his recent policy mantra: strengthening the economy and "winning the future."
Las Vegas is not expected to be on the itinerary.
The visit seems to be the latest in a long line of presidential visits across the country, as Obama's team puts a spotlight on local initiatives and success stories that can serve as appeals to the merits of his platform.
