A 6-month-old girl who died Saturday after she was found not breathing in a downtown-area apartment has been identified as Messiah Brass, according to the Clark County Coroner's Office.
Las Vegas Fire and Rescue was called before 4 p.m. to the apartment on 15th Street, near Fremont and Bruce streets, where they found the infant girl not breathing.
She was taken to the hospital and later died, police said. The coroner hasn't determined the girl's cause and manner of death.
