Within Las Vegas city limits, the ZIP code with the highest average income is in Summerlin: 89144, which has an average household income of $113,928.
The valley ZIP code with the highest average income was 89044, in the Anthem area of Henderson. The average household income in Anthem was $131,445. The valley ZIP code with the lowest average income was 89085, in North Las Vegas, which had an average income of $35,084.
According to the annual Las Vegas Perspective, 89044 has a population of 16,655 while 89085 has a population of 3,313 residents.
In 89044, which is generally east of Interstate 15 and south of the Henderson Executive Airport, the median income was $99,760, still the highest in the valley.
