On page 3 on Oct. 26, you featured two columns that bashed President Barack Obama, and I feel deeply offended. Not because of the opinions, but because your paper did not feature opinions written by some who, like myself, believe Obama is doing a superb job, especially considering what he inherited and that he is getting absolutely no cooperation from the Republican-controlled House.
Neither author mentioned the fact that Congress has a 9 percent approval rating and that 75 percent of Americans favor the jobs bill, which the Republican-controlled House has refused to consider.
Finding a bogeyman for troubled times is as old as the hills. The unfairness that the 1 percent has forced on the 99 percent is not being ignored. Trying to find a scapegoat and blame Obama will not work. There are millions rising up and protesting throughout our land. The very least you should do is to allow opposing opinions to be featured in your paper.
