Former President George W. Bush worked out the details and departure of U.S. armed forces from the war in Iraq in 2008 with the Iraqi government. And as he campaigned for the office the same year, Barack Obama said he would end the war if elected, which he is doing.
How is it that some Republican senators are now complaining that it is a mistake for President Obama to fulfill an agreement about the departure of U.S. combat forces at the end of 2011 after it was put together by former President G.W. Bush?
