In response to the Southern Nevada Water Authority’s plans to put liens on abandoned homes, I hope they are putting liens against the people who owned and left the house. And if the previous owners try to get water turned on in their new place they should be denied until the previous bill is paid for.
We responsible homeowners who have stuck it out should not have to pay for those who walk away from their homes.
