Accident scene
A driver of a vehicle involved in rollover accident early this afternoon in the southern valley has been airlifted to University Medical Center with unknown injuries, according to Metro Police.
Police responded at 12:32 p.m. to a report of a vehicle that had rolled over 100 feet into a ditch near St. Rose Parkway and Bermuda Road, said Metro spokesman Jose Hernandez.
Clark County firefighters treated the driver, a 40- to 50-year-old male, at the scene before he was airlifted. His condition was unknown, Hernandez said.
Motorists approaching the intersection of St. Rose Parkway and Bowes Avenue will be facing a four-way flash, where traffic lights operate like a stop sign, while Metro’s investigation into the accident continues, Hernandez said.
