A struggling Las Vegas restaurant will get a boost from television chef Robert Irvine next week.

The Food Network’s ”Restaurant: Impossible" will try to revitalize the Maple Tree Cafe, an American restaurant in Chinatown, on June 27 and 28.

The show follows Irvine and his crew of designers as they swoop into a troubled restaurant, remaking the decor and updating the menu in two days with a budget of $10,000.

The revamped restaurant will reopen to the public at 7 p.m. June 28. The evening will be recorded for broadcast.

People wanting to make reservations for the reopening may call the restaurant at 702-362-5151. The Maple Tree is located at 6000 Spring Mountain Road, east of Jones Boulevard.
