First Lady Michelle Obama and her two daughters are on their way to Las Vegas tonight as part of a trip around the western United States.

“Mrs. Obama and her daughters are taking a private family trip to the western United States,” said Kristina Schake, the First Lady’s communications director.

Mount Rushmore was among the family’s stops earlier today.

Airport officials confirmed Obama will be landing at McCarran International Airport.

The family’s visit will not effect airport operations, airport officials said.

No details have been announced about what the First Lady and her daughters, 10-year-old Sasha and 13-year-old Malia, will do during their stay.

But if they’re planning on visiting the Strip, here are some suggestions.
