Friday: Dave Rice autism fundraiser at Palms
The Dave Rice Foundation, a local organization founded by UNLV head basketball coach Dave Rice, will host its inaugural event, An Evening with Dave Rice. The party will benefit foundation, which supports initiatives concerning autism and other developmental disorders. The organization will award a grant to the UNLV Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders. The event will include food, drinks, auctions and the presentation of the Kenny Guinn Award for Commitment to Community. UNLV assistant coach and former star player Stacey Augmon, former Nevada Gov. Bob Miller and his wife, Sandy, former Clark County Commission Chairman Rory Reid, Clark County Commissioner Lawrence Weekly and several members of the Board of Regents will attend. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Palms, and individual tickets begin at $250.

Friday-Sunday: Santana at the House of Blues
The legendary Carlos Santana will perform An Intimate Evening with Santana: Greatest Hits Live — Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow in his second Las Vegas residency, this time at the House of Blues. Santana has sold more than 90 million records and played for more than 100 million fans at concerts worldwide. Santana has 10 Grammys under his belt, and this concert is sure to showcase his top hits. Tickets are $89.50 to $750. Show dates include May 4-6, 9, 11-13, 23, 25-27 and 30.

Friday-Saturday: Ray Romano and Kevin James at The Mirage
Ray Romano and Kevin James perform at the Terry Fator Theatre at the Mirage. Comedian Ray Romano of "Everybody Loves Raymond" and Kevin James of "The King of Queens" join to entertain audience members with their quick wit and smooth comedic styles. Tickets are $100 to $120 and the show begins at 10 p.m.

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a choice of 300 beers and 70 tequilas at the 6th Annual Lee's Beer and Tequila Experience at LVH — Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, formerly the Las Vegas Hilton. Proceeds benefit Lee's Helping Hand charity. Tickets are $50 to $60, and the event runs from 3-8 p.m.

Saturday: Mayweather vs. Cotto at MGM Grand
Floyd Mayweather Jr., a seven-time world champion in five weight classes, faces Miguel Cotto. The fight takes place at MGM Grand Garden Arena. Tickets are $200 to $1500. Doors open at 3 p.m.

Saturday: NBT's 40th Anniversary Gala at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts
The 40th Anniversary Gala is the Nevada Ballet Theatre’s official debut at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts. The evening will include special guest artists and live music from the Las Vegas Philharmonic. Tickets are $43 to $503, and the show begins at 7 p.m.

Saturday: Ozomatli at Body English
Body English at Hard Rock opens its doors for a special Cinco de Mayo concert featuring Ozomatli. Their Spanish/English mash-ups defy categorization, but the Los Angeles-based band has been cranking out catchy, socially conscious music for the past 15 years. Tickets are $43, and doors open at 9 p.m.

REO Speedwagon, STYX and Ted Nugent will join forces for The Midwest Rock 'n Roll Express at the Theatre for the Performing Arts at Planet Hollywood Tickets are $40 to $84. The show begins a 7 p.m.

Bill Maher has worn many hats as a stand-up comedian, television host, social and political commentator, and author. He will be performing live at the Orleans Showroom May 5-6. Tickets are $60.50 to $88. The show begins at 8 p.m.
