A garage fire at a southwest valley home Thursday morning displaced two residents, according to the Clark County Fire Department.
Firefighters responded at 7:04 a.m. to the house in the 9100 block of Spumante Avenue, near Blue Diamond and Fort Apache roads. Heavy smoke and flames were visible upon arrival, county spokesman Dan Kulin said.
The blaze destroyed the garage and two vehicles parked inside, Kulin said. The residents were not injured.
The two-story home also sustained smoke and water damage inside, he said.
Fire investigators have not released the cause of the blaze or a damage estimate.
