Robbery scene
Metro Police are in search of a man who robbed a business at gunpoint around 1:20 p.m. Wednesday.
The man went into Frank Melaerts Jewelers, 421 S. Decatur Blvd., and robbed the business with a handgun. Police early this afternoon did not have details on what or how much was taken. There were no injuries.
Police described the suspect as a white man with a small build in his mid 20s. Police said the robber ran away but are not sure if he got into a vehicle.
