NLV bridge project to force nighttime lane closures on I-15

Expect slowdowns on Interstate 15 at night this week in North Las Vegas as crews work on the North 5th Street Bridge.

There will be periodic northbound and southbound lane closures on the highway from Cheyenne Avenue to Lake Mead Boulevard, officials said. The closures will run from 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

The $30 million bridge is part of the city’s North 5th Street Arterial Project. Crews should finish work on the bridge this spring.
