A Henderson business received major damage after a fire Saturday night that also caused smoke and water damage to a neighboring business.
Henderson Fire responded about 11 p.m. to Dynamic Spine & Sport Rehabilitation near Windmill Parkway and Pecos Road. Thick black smoke consumed the inside of the business, and a second alarm was called to receive help from Clark County Fire, Henderson Fire Battalion Chief Scott Satterlee said.
Firefighters quickly brought the fire under control and prevented it from spreading to any nearby businesses. However, a neighboring business received smoke and water damage, Satterlee said.
The fire, smoke and water caused a total of $300,000 in damage to the buildings. Henderson fire investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.
