Metro searching for suspect in 2 bank robberies

This suspect is wanted in a pair of Las Vegas bank robberies.

Metro Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who robbed two Las Vegas banks in June.

The man first robbed a bank on June 4 near Nellis Boulevard and Vegas Valley Drive and another location on June 11 near Desert Inn Road and Decatur Boulevard. In both robberies, the man approached the teller and demanded money before leaving the scene.

The man is described as a black male with a medium build and goatee, between ages 30 and 40, standing about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black leather hat, black T-shirt and blue jeans.
