Metro Police are on the scene of a single-vehicle accident on the MGM Grand property.
At 2:37 p.m. today, police received a report of a male driver crashing into a wall near the self-park area of MGM Grand after experiencing a “medical issue,” Officer Jose Hernandez said.
It is not yet known if the driver or any bystanders suffered any injuries, Hernandez said.
An estimated 14,000 people are at the MGM Grand this afternoon for the pre-fight weigh-in for Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Saul “Canelo” Alvarez, who square off Saturday.
The crash was reportedly causing traffic delays, including slowed access into the parking garage at the MGM Grand.
