Corner IDs victims in 2 unrelated stabbing deaths

The Clark County Coroner’s Office has identified two men stabbed to death earlier this week in separate attacks.

Bruce Charles Reid, 52, of North Las Vegas, died Wednesday after he was stabbed with a knife outside a Savers thrift store at 3121 N. Rancho Drive, Metro Police said. The coroner ruled Reid’s death a homicide, caused by a stab wound to the chest.

The suspect, 24-year-old Cody Bradbury, was arrested on a count of murder and transported to the Clark County Detention Center.

Less than 12 hours later, another stabbing occurred early Thursday morning in the northeast valley.

Two people were stabbed just after midnight at the corner of Exeter Drive and Isaac Avenue, near Lake Mead Boulevard, police said.

Jeffree Bender, 28, of Las Vegas, died of multiple stab wounds, the coroner said. His death was ruled a homicide.

The condition of the other injured person has not been released. Metro Police are investigating the incident.
