A toddler was in critical condition after being pulled from a backyard swimming pool this morning in North Las Vegas, police said.
The child was found about 10:45 a.m. at a home in the 7000 block of Seabird Place, near Elkhorn Road and Aliante Parkway, North Las Vegas Police said. Family members removed him from the pool, police said.
The child was taken to University Medical Center, where he was unconscious, officials said.
Police were investigating how the child ended up in the pool.
