Police were investigating the death of a 6-month-old baby this afternoon, but there were no signs of foul play, authorities said.
Metro Police Lt. John Liberty said the child stopped breathing shortly before 1 p.m. at a home in the 3800 block of Mountain Vista Street in east Las Vegas. The baby was rushed to Sunrise Children’s Hospital and later died, officials said.
No other details were available this afternoon.
