The land of the free, home of the selfish? Are we so wrapped up in self-centered behavior that our representatives need to think twice about extending long-term unemployment benefits?
How can we stand still and watch family, friends and neighbors have to beg for what should be a human right for food and shelter? We refer to this country as being founded on religious beliefs; doesn’t that include kindness?
When you think about it, the government is partly to blame for this country’s economic mess in the first place!
