A prison inmate who was being treated for a medical condition at the Northern Nevada Correctional Center died today.
Henry Foggy, 79, died at the prison’s Regional Medical Facility, according to the Nevada Department of Corrections. An autopsy was requested.
Foggy had been serving a first-degree murder sentence since April 1996. He was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole.
He was the second prison inmate to die this week. On Tuesday, staff at Ely State Prison found the body of inmate Paul Skinner inside his cell. Skinner was 53.
