Las Vegas Fire & Rescue crews are working to extinguish a house fire today in central Las Vegas.

Firefighters responded about noon to reports of smoke coming from the attic of a home at 3013 Merritt Ave., near West Sahara Avenue and South Valley View Boulevard, spokesman Tim Szymanski said in a tweet.

The occupants have evacuated and no one is injured.

No further information was immediately available about the fire.
