A man was killed this morning while riding a moped on the northwest side of the Las Vegas Valley.
Lt. Michael Wallace said the man, 19, was reportedly traveling south on Fort Apache Road and trying to turn east on Cheyenne Avenue when he was stuck and killed by a vehicle traveling east on Cheyenne.
The driver who hit the moped, 32, will likely not face charges.
