Police: Siblings argued before older brother was fatally shot

Updated Friday, May 23, 2014 | 1:14 p.m.

A younger sibling shot and killed an 18-year-old man in a southwest valley home Thursday night, according to Metro Police.

The teen fatally shot has been identified by the Clark County Coroner’s Office as Clayton Wesley Bronson. The sibling accused of the shooting has not been identified because the suspect is a juvenile.

The incident happened just before 9 p.m. in the 7400 block of Arcadia Bluff Court, near Buffalo Drive and Robindale Road.

Police said it appears the victim had been involved in argument with a younger sibling that eventually turned physical. At some point, shots were fired by the younger sibling, police said.

Bronson was pronounced dead at the scene by responding medical personnel.

The juvenile suspect was arrested on a count of murder with a deadly weapon and transported to the Clark County Detention Center, police said.
