CARSON CITY — Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush has selected leaders to spearhead his campaign efforts in each of Nevada's 17 counties.

The former Florida governor announced the county campaign chairmen on Wednesday. They include former Mitt Romney county campaign leaders, elected officials, county commissioners and former county Republican Party leaders.

Bush's staff in Nevada includes two Republican consultants: State Director Scott Scheid and Senior Adviser Ryan Erwin.

Candidates hoping to emerge triumphant in the early-vote state of Nevada are lining up teams that can rally support at the county level and influence the outcome of the county caucuses.

Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton has 22 paid staff members in Nevada focused on getting voters committed to showing up at county caucuses and supporting her.
