Foothill senior quarterback Devon Mueller compiled a highlight package all on his own in a 45-21 victory over Canyon Springs Friday night.
Mueller threw long touchdown passes to junior Brandon Hargis and senior Devin Smith in addition to crisscrossing the entire width of a field during a 30-yard scoring run of his own.
“Devon made some plays,” Foothill coach Marty Redmond said. “Those were all big for us.”
Foothill was up 28-0 at halftime with senior Justice Jackson and junior Blake Wilson complementing Mueller’s big night with touchdown runs.
The Falcons won their fourth straight, dooming the Pioneers to a third consecutive loss with league play in the Sunrise Region beginning next week.
