Although an abundance of dark clouds covered much of the valley's skies Sunday, rain was not in the forecast, according to the National Weather Service.
The gloomy clouds are expected to diminish Sunday evening, during which the low is expected to be 61 degrees, according to meteorologist Chad Schafer.
Sunny skies will return Monday, with a high of 82 degrees and a low around 54 degrees.
Halloween night will be windy with highs around 75 degrees and lows around 53 degrees, according to the NWS website.
