A person was stabbed this afternoon in the northeast valley, according to Metro Police.
Police were called about 2 p.m. to the 4300 block of Las Vegas Boulevard North, near East Craig Road, Officer Jesse Roybal said.
The stabbing victim, whose age and gender were not immediately available, was taken to University Medical Center in unknown condition, he said.
A vehicle reportedly left the scene after the stabbing, and police have detained a person, Roybal said.
