Police: Man shot outside strip club dies

A man shot early Sunday in the parking lot of a strip club near Bonanza Road and South Rancho Drive has died, according to Metro Police.

Officers responded about 5:20 a.m. to Larry’s Villa at 2401 West Bonanza Road, where they found a man with multiple gunshot wounds, police said.

The man was taken to University Medical Center, where he later died, police said. His name has not yet been released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.

The man was involved in a confrontation with another person inside the club, police said. When they went outside to the parking lot, the victim was shot multiple times, police said.

The gunman fled before officers arrived, police said.

This marks the 81st homicide investigated by Metro Police this year.
