A 54-year-old motorcyclist was killed this afternoon in a single-vehicle crash in the central valley, according to Nevada Highway Patrol.
About 2:30 p.m. the man crashed his Kawasaki motorcycle into the shoulder of the southbound U.S. 95 and Valley View Boulevard off-ramp, according to Trooper Chelsea Stuenkel.
He was pronounced dead on the scene according to Stuenkel.
There were no lane closures since the crash happened on the shoulder.
