Two students were injured in an accident involving a Clark County School District bus this afternoon in the east valley, according to Metro Police and the school district.

The crash happened about 2:45 p.m. at the intersection of Sahara Avenue and Arden Street, near Lamb Boulevard, according to police.

The bus had 70 students on board from William E. Snyder Elementary, according to the school district.

Paramedics were dispatched to the scene, according to the district. There were no details on injuries.

The rest of the students were released to their parents at the scene.

Sahara was closed eastbound at Arden, according to police.
