The author of a letter published April 11 in the Las Vegas Sun (“So much for wall promise”) said President Donald Trump’s request for Congress to approve funds to approve building the wall when he had promised Mexico would pay for it was yet another lie.
I believe Mexico has already begun paying for the wall when you consider they lost Carrier and Ford. The taxes Mexico would’ve received from those companies and their workforces will now go to the U.S. and our employees.
Plus, more companies are expected to come back.
The request for funds from Congress is merely a loan to get the wall built until we collect later.
